This course is for students who wish to work as a Control Room Operator in Victoria. It is a licensing requirement of the Victoria Police Licensing Services Division.

How will I be selected for this course?
Students must hold a current Victorian security licence and have access to a control room.
What costs and other fees should I expect?
$450 - If you have access to a control room (On-the-job training)
$1500 - If you wish to attend training at the PSG Control Room (RTO based training)
Where will I study?
Students will attend at PSG's training facility situated at Suite 104, 370 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria for training OR training will take place on the job so it is important that students have access to an operational control room.

Certificate III in Security Operations 9 Core Units, plus:
PRSSO325A Monitor security from control room
PRSSO322A Operate specialised security equipment
PRSSO323A Lead small teams
PRSSO326A Maintain and use security database
